Olivier is the father of twins whose personal experience inspired him to start an after-school program for students who want or need to be further challenged academically. Drawing on his backgrounds in management consulting and tutoring as well as his own education in the US and Europe, he created STRIPES with a single goal: providing challenging, engaging, and relevant enrichment programs that take students to the frontier of their potential. Olivier graduated from UC Irvine with a BA in economics and holds an MBA from Yale University.
Sabrina oversees all aspects of curriculum design, development, and classroom instruction at STRIPES Academy. Sabrina has over 15 years of experience in education, including 11 years as a Founding Principal and Dean of Achievement First, one of the leading charter school networks in the country. Throughout her career, Sabrina has managed and coached dozens of instructors, promoting a rigorous education and high-quality outcomes for thousands of students. Sabrina holds a BA in political science and an MBA from Yale University.
Scott is an education enthusiast and business advisor who plays an active role in guiding the trajectory of STRIPES. Scott has more than 25 years of experience in management consulting, advising startups and private equity-backed companies. He is also an advisor for the University of Chicago School of Molecular Engineering and was the former assistant coach for the St. Margaret’s Episcopal debate team. Scott graduated with an AB in economics, rhetoric and law from the University of Chicago and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
